Are you filing a new case? Make an appointment today for the Clerk's Office by calling 719-452-5094 Appointments are available to parties not represented by an attorney and to attorneys unable to e-file through Colorado Courts E-filing (CCE) system. Rule 120 - deadline to file a response is 5 p.m. on a Friday and it must be filed between 21 and 35 days out from the date of filing in Division 3. Court reviews will be held the following Thursday.
