Division Setting Times

General instructions on how to Set a Hearing and to complete a Notice of Hearing or Status Conference form (JDF 1122) is available on the website.

A Notice to Set Hearing (JDF 1123) is used to make an appointment with the Division Clerk to set your case for a hearing before the Judge or Magistrate. A Notice of Hearing (JDF 1124) is used after you have been provided with a hearing date and time by the Division Clerk.

How to make your appointment:

Please check your calendar. The day you pick should be at least two weeks away. See below for division setting times and complete a Notice to Set Hearing (JDF 1123). For uncontested matters, complete a Notice to Set for Uncontested or Default Final Orders Hearing (Pro Se) (FCF 1015). Follow the instructions, and file the original with the clerk's office in S101.

When the day and time you have selected for making the appointment arrives, call the Division you have been assigned to. Please call once, and leave your name and telephone number. Someone will return your call as soon as possible. The phone numbers for the Divisions are listed below.

When you have received your hearing date and time, you are ready to fill out and file the Notice of Hearing (JDF 1124). Follow the instructions, and file the original with the clerk's office in S101.

JDF forms are available in Microsoft Word format or PDF format under Forms from Colorado State Judicial Branch website.

Use FCF 1015 Notice to Set for Uncontested Final Orders for Division M, R, X, and Y.
