Please be prepared and test your equipment prior to the scheduled appointment.  The session will be open 10 min prior for you to work out any tech or audio issues.

Please conduct the phone call in a room away from noise and children and please do not use speaker phone.

Driving is not allowed during your appearance.

Should either party need an interpreter – please let me know ASAP.  Parties and family members are not allowed to interpreter as the interpreter needs to be court certified.
