ADULT Application - English (PDF format) JUVENILE Application - English MAKE A PAYMENT ONLINE BY SCANNING THIS CODE WITH YOUR PHONE The 8th Judicial District Collections Department enforces, and collects restitution, fines, and costs ordered by the court. Fees, costs, and restitution are due the day of sentencing. If you cannot pay in full at sentencing, you are required to report to a Collection Investigator. All payment plans must be made in person. All fees, costs, and restitution not paid in full the day of sentencing will be assessed a $25.00 time payment fee. The collections office has two locations for your convenience. The court accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, money orders, and certified or personal checks for payment of restitution, fines, and cost at the Clerk of Courts office in Loveland and Fort Collins, or by mail at the addresses listed above. Payments may be made on-line with a Visa or Master Card please click the on-line payment link at the top of the page. Cases that have been referred to private collections must contact Integral Recoveries, Court Recovery Department at (866) 528-6886.
