The Collections Investigator (CI) is responsible for collection of court ordered fines, fees, costs and restitution. Defendants who do not pay assessed amounts immediately must contact the CI to discuss payment of their balance. Defendants must provide financial information to the CI to determine if they are eligible for a payment plan. Defendants will either be informed that they do not qualify and must pay their balance in full within two business days or a payment plan will be established. Two Collections Investigators are assigned to the Seventh Judicial District.  Their contact information is as follows:
