Dayna Vise - Chaffee County Magistrate

Dayna Vise was appointed as a District Court Magistrate for the 11th Judicial District in 2022. She handles domestic relations and civil cases in Chaffee County and the juvenile and treatment dockets in Fremont County. She received both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Colorado - Boulder.

Prior to her appointment, Magistrate Vise was an appellate attorney in the Colorado Public Defender’s Office from 2011-2022. She also practiced as a trial attorney in their Denver Regional Trial Office from 2006-2011. Prior to that, she served as a judicial law clerk for a Boulder District Court judge.
