Public Access System (PAS)
The Colorado State Courts – Data Access is a web-based application designed to provide government agencies statewide “read-only” access to the Colorado electronic court database. Authorized government agency users have free access to electronic court data. These free access privileges are not for private or unauthorized contract use, and all government agency users must agree to all terms and conditions by agreeing with those at each login session.
Public users may access the Colorado electronic court database through one of two vendors: Acxiom or BIS.

Electronic Filing System (EFS)
In 2001, the Colorado Judicial Branch launched electronic filing for District Court civil, domestic, probate, and water cases. Since then, the program has expanded to County and Appellate Courts, along with criminal case classes.  Today, approximately 98% of all civil documents that can be e-filed are e-filed in the Colorado Courts.

The Future of Electronic Filing in Colorado Courts
The Branch’s next generation e-filing program—Colorado Courts E-Filing —is now available to licensed attorneys.  Soon, the Branch will expand the system to self-represented litigants.
