The Translation Department translates the following types of documents:

• JDFs and Instructions;
• Advisements, Waivers, and Case Management Orders;
• Video Advisement Scripts;
• Specialized Court Handbooks;
• Brochures;
• Signs and Flyers; and
• Other written documents, as requested (mediator templates, probation templates, COVID-19 related communications)

The Translation Department DOES NOT translate the following types of documents:

• Case-specific documents
• Audio files
• Transcripts of hearings
• Inmate letters
• Parenting plans
• Custody and visitation agreements
• Treatment plans
• Mediation agreements

Parties are responsible for translating case-specific documents and all associated costs.
