The new in-house e-filing project, Integrated Colorado Courts E-filing System (ICCES), launched phase one of their project in April 2011. This consisted of a wizard-based e-filing system for Small Claims pro se litigants in Adams and Jefferson County courts. Phase two started to go live in October 2012 which consisted of e-filing into County Civil (money and FED), District Civil, Domestic, Probate and Water cases for law firms, agencies and government users. Phase two is now complete.
All ICCES expenditures are being funded by revenue generated from both ICCES and the Public Access System, Colorado State Courts Data Access. The ICCES team will not receive funding from tax dollars for their project. Money that is collected for services provided in ICCES are governed by CJD 08-02.
