Parental Responsibility Evaluators Roster |
The Office of the State Court Administrator does not certify or recommend any Parental Responsibilities Evaluator (PRE) by inclusion on this roster. Inclusion on this roster indicates that the PRE submitted a completed affidavit for eligibility as a PRE, proof of mental health licensure, passed a background check, as determined by the Office of the State Court Administrator, and submitted proof of mandatory training pursuant to CJD 21-02. A Party considering requesting appointment of a PRE should conduct an independent investigation of his or her qualifications. Directive Concerning Appointment of Parental Responsibility Evaluator, including eligibility and Standards of Practice (CJD 21-02) Statewide Parental Responsibility Evaluator Roster updated 4/15/2024 PREs still completing the mandatory 20 hours of DV and CA training will be moved to inactive status effective Jan 1, 2024 and will return to active status after completing their 20 hours of training. PREs on inactive status may not accept new appointments, though can continue working on existing appointments, absent the appointing court ordering otherwise. Inactive PREs effective January 1, 2024
