Application Process

Upon passage of the adult diversion bill, HB 13-1156, the State Court Administrator’s Office formed the Adult Diversion Funding Committee to oversee the grant funding application process.

As outlined in the application materials, the application process will apply to both existing and new adult diversion programs as funding is available. Priority consideration will be given to those requests that are submitted during the initial reporting cycle. Late requests will be considered in order received, should funds remain. 

  • Request for proposals announced: December 3, 2018
  • Application deadline: February 22, 2019  
  • Approximate date for grant award notices: March 8, 2019
  • Awards are effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020
