Membership and Responsiblities |
The Problem Solving Court Advisory Committee is made up of judicial officers, collaborative agency stakeholders, and Judicial Branch staff who are appointed to two-year terms by the Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court. The Committee is responsible for developing effective procedures and evidence-based practices for developing and maintaining problem solving courts throughout the Colorado court system. The current membership of the Committee and its responsibilities are provided by Chief Justice Order.
