| Our approach to restorative justice would be one that equips the offender (ages 14-21) with adequate transferable job skills and soft skills needed to avoid the likelihood of reoffending. Youth who are educationally prepared are less likely to commit crime and perform well within the workforce. Flagship Help Center trains, counsels, and works in conjuction with the youth and their support service providers to provide the best positive outcome for the youth. |
