| Restorative Justice provides the opportunity to bring together the juvenile offender, his/her family, the victim, a community member and two facilitators. This group comes to a consensus in a written agreement as to how the offender can repair the harm done to his/her victim, family, community and him/herself. YouthZone also uses a restorative justice model to help families and schools find peace and consensus when conflicts arise. |
