Fresh Start - Help with Outstanding Warrants

People with active warrants for non-violent, non-VRA, low-level misdemeanors, traffic charges, and some probation felonies in Jefferson or Gilpin counties have an opportunity to resolve their case or get a new court date without being arrested. Fresh Start events in Colorado’s First Judicial District were held in August 2021, April of 2022, November 2022, and May and November of 2023 at the Jefferson County Combined Court in Golden CO.  The next event is tentatively scheduled for June 1, 2024.    Click the link below for more information including eligibility criteria:
