EMPLOYERS SEEKING EMPLOYEE JURY INFORMATION

The Electronic Jury Service Certificate identifies the number of days an employee appeared for jury duty. The employee must provide the following information exactly as it appears on their jury summons to the employer:

  • Juror number.
  • Last name exactly as it appears on the jury summons.
  • Court Location - County where they appeared.
  • Juror Reporting Date – the date the juror reported for jury duty. Example: 3/18/2024

If the reporting date has been changed from the printed date on the jury summons, make sure the employee has provided the new reporting date to the employer.

PLEASE ALLOW ONE BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE CONCLUSION OF JURY SERVICE FOR THE INFORMATION TO BE AVAILABLE ON LINE.

JUDICIAL PERFORMANCE SURVEY INFORMATION

The Office of Judicial Performance Evaluation invites you to provide feedback on your judge's performance by completing a Judicial Performance Survey online at www.cojpe.org.

Surveys ask questions addressing the judge's integrity, legal knowledge, communication skills, judicial temperament, and administration.

Comment sections allow for specific feedback on performance traits you observed.

Completed individual surveys are anonymous and confidential. All responses for a judge are compiled into a report and provided to the judge and commissioners. Any individual identifying information is redacted and comments are assigned a unique identifying number.
