 **To check the status of your jury appearance date, click on the tab above marked "Reporting Schedule"**.  Please fill out your jury questionnaire. Bring the entire summons with you when reporting for jury duty.

Helpful Jury Information: 

To apply for a postponement - Click on the tab above marked "Postponement".  When requesting a postponement, please provide alternate dates within three months of your original date of jury service.  These dates must be on a Monday or a Wednesday.  The Jury Commissioner's office will attempt to accommodate the request as best as possible.

To apply for a disqualfication - Click on the tab above marked "Disqualfication".  *If you are requesting a medical disqualification (#6) or claiming that you are the primary caregiver of a permanently disabled person who resides within your home and you do not work outside your home (#7), a doctor's note is required.* 

Once you have completed the appropriate form, in order to submit the form click on the box stating, "By checking this box, I hereby certify, under penalty of perjury, that the above information is true and correct" .  The Jury Commissioner's office will reply to your request within one business day.

Miscellanous Information:

Due to the Court's schedule, no jury trials are scheduled on Fridays or weekends or on the specific dates listed below.  If you are requesting a postponement, we are unable to reschedule to a Friday, a weekend, or any of the dates listed below.  To request a different date for your jury duty, click on the "Postponement" tab above.
