Important information:Your summons is a legal document.Failure to respond is punishable by fines and/or jail time. Please read your entire summons.

For reporting information click on the tab above marked REPORTING SCHEDULE. You cannot be excused on the day of your service. A normal day of service is from 8-5PM. Please fill our your questionnaire and have your entire summons with you when you report.

IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN DENVER COUNTY PLEASE GO TO THE DISQUALIFICATION SECTION IMMEDIATELY TO PROVIDE US WITH THE CORRECT COUNTY OF RESIDENCE. YOU CANNOT SERVE IN DENVER COUNTY IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN DENVER COUNTY. THIS WILL SAVE YOU A TRIP DOWNTOWN.

Any other disqualifications and/or postponements must be made six business days prior to your jury service date. For a postponement, please go to the  POSTPONEMENT TAB above and provide a date on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday in the next six months but in the same calendar year that you know you can appear. You may have only one postponemet.You may email or fax to the information listed on the summons.
