Law enforcement or the Court will never call you to say you have missed Jury Duty, have an active warrant, or ask for money for any reason. If you get a call like this, hang up and call your local law enforcement agency -- EVEN IF THE CALLER CLAIMS TO BE FROM LAW ENFORCEMENT!!

Please complete and sign the questionnaire portion of your summons.

Notice Regarding COVID-19 and Jury Operations:

You should request a postponement at least 5 days prior to your reporting date (even if you were postponed previously) if you: have been diagnosed with COVID-19, are high-risk as defined by CDC, or have any other COVID concerns.
