Please refer to your juror number on your juror summons, then locate the date you were summoned to appear on the Reporting Schedule to find the status of the trial.  If the status is "REPORT" then you should report to the Justice Center on time as instructed on your summons.   Please bring your completed and signed Juror Questionnaire form for check in with the court bailiff.  If you have misplaced your questionnaire, you may down load one from this web page.   If the status is "CANCELLED" then you do not need to appear.   If you are not sure, you may call the jury information line the evening before your scheduled date after 5 p.m. at (970)542-3435; press 1 for complete jury information.  When reporting please keep in mind you will be required to pass through a security screen, so leave any questionnable items at home or in your car.  By order of the Morgan County Sheriff no cell phones or lighters allowed in the Justice Building.  You may bring reading materials (no e-books) and bottled water.  Thank you.
