General Probate Information

As of July 1, 2009, use of JDF forms will be mandatory and CPC forms will no longer be permitted for use in Colorado courts. If there is not a JDF form that fits your situation, there is not a standard form available for use that is approved by the Colorado Supreme Court at this time.
