A Foreign Judgment is any judgment, decree, or order of a court of the United States or of any other courts, except a protection order as described in §13-14-104, C.R.S. that is entitled to full faith and credit in Colorado.
Please read the instructions below (JDF 137), before completing any forms. The instructions provide a step-by-step approach to assist you with completing the necessary forms. All forms are available in WORD, WORD - Template or Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. The forms in PDF or WORD template can be completed online & then printed. |
We are in the process of translating many of our forms in Spanish. You may find that some Instructions and Forms, for example Adoption, Adult and Minor Name Change, etc., are not translated at this time.
All forms must be completed in English pursuant to Colorado law, see §13-1-120, C.R.S.
