If no local administration or application or petition therefor is pending in Colorado, a domiciliary foreign personal representaive may file with a Court in Colorado, in a county in which propery belonging to the Decedent is located, authenticated copies of the appointment documents. Pursuant to 15-13-204, Colorado Revised Statues. |
