If either party in a county court civil or small claims action believes that the judgment is in error, that party may appeal to the District Court by filing a Notice of Appeal within 21 days after the date of entry of judgment.

Please read Rule 411 of the Colorado Rules of County Court Civil Procedure and the Instructions prior to completing the form.
