When Filing JDF 205 (Motion), please make sure that you also file JDF 206 (Order) with the Court.
Inmates are required to complete JDF 201 and JDF 202 if they are unable to pay the filing/services fees purusant to 13-17.5-103, C.R.S. A certified copy of the Inmate Account must be filed along with JDF 201 (Motion).

All forms must be completed in English pursuant to Colorado law, see §13-1-120, C.R.S.
