General Information

As part of the Colorado Judicial Branch’s goal of increasing access to the courts for self- represented parties, the 9th Judicial District is providing a variety of free legal resources during the week of October 26-30, 2020.  For the first time, water law is included as part of Legal Resource Week.  Please join us for a free presentation and Q&A session on water law and the water court process presented by water attorney, Ryan Jarvis. The presentation is available to anyone who is interested in learning more about Colorado water law and water courts.  The water law/water court session is on October 29, 2020 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.  The session is virtual and pre-registration is required.  Please email 09selfhelp@judicial.state.co.us or call 970-928-3061 to register.
