Beginning March 25, 2010: The 11th Judicial District begins accepting on-line Visa and Mastercard credit and debit payments.  The payment site is accessible at: https://www.jbits.courts.state.co.us/cjop/ or www.courts.state.co.us on the left side of the page.  “We are hopeful that providing people with the ability to pay court fines and fees online with credit cards will help them make payments in a timely manner without having to come to the courthouse.” “We decided to begin accepting credit card payments as a convenience to the community,” said Chief Judge Charles Barton
