Family Court Facilitation for all Domestic Relations Cases

You will meet with the Family Court Facilitator at the Initial Status Conference. Currently the conferences are by conference call and not in person. Read your Notice of Initial Status Conference.

Deadline Reminder for all DR cases

Within 42 days of filing the Petition (or proof of service date; or waiver of service), you must file:

Within 49 days of filing the Petition (or proof of service date; or waiver of service), parents with children under 19 years of age:

  • Attend Parenting Class (this may be on line, virtual, or in person)

All above agreements should be jointly filed with both signatures on the same documents. If you are not in agreement, please see your domestic relations Case Management Order requiring mediation.
