Certificate of Release of Records

Pursuant to Chief Justice Directive 06-01, research fees may be charged:

• $5.00 per name check and 5 files pulled, or for a closed file. The research fee is not applicable to named parties of the case if the case is active. Attorneys of record will be charged if the case is closed.
• $20.00 per document certified
• $20.00 per exemplified certification (required for out-of-state)
• $0.25 per page if printed or e-mailed from electronic record
• $1.00 per page fax fee
• Postage fee (if stamped envelope is not provided)
