Your jury summons is a legal document. Failure to respond is punishable by fines and/or jail time. Please read your entire summons.
For reporting information, click on the REPORTING SCHEDULE tab above. You cannot be excused on the day of your service. An average day of service is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please fill out your questionnaire and have your entire summons with you when you report.
Disqualifications and postponement requests must be made five business days before your jury service date. For a postponement, please go the POSTPONEMENT tab above and select a Monday or Tuesday within the next six months when you know you can appear. You may only have one postponement.
