Court employees cannot accept pleading by email. Filings are accepted by efile, fax, US mail or in person. If your filing requires a filing fee, you may not fax it, it will not be file stamped or made part of the Court's file until the filing fee has been paid.

Fremont County Setting information:
Division 2 – Judge Wenner – This division does not have regular setting dates. If you would like to set your matter for hearing, please file a Motion to Set. You will receive an order with instructions for setting.
Division A – Judge Robak – Civil money setting are done by phone on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. or 3:00 p.m..
Division 4 – Magistrate Meyrick- Setting dates may be obtained by contacting the Court. If the Court has ordered the case to be set for hearing, the clerk will send a Notice to Set by Telephone to the parties.
County Court Civil Money Case Information: County Court Civil returns are Monday at 9:00 a.m. except legal holidays The Return Date on Summons is for the defendant to file an answer with the clerk’s office and pay the appropriate filing fee. Please refer to JDF 96 for more information. Once the Answer Is filed a Notice to Set by Telephone will be provided to both parties to appear by phone at another date so that the matter can be set for a trial to the court. If the defendant fails to file an Answer on this date the plaintiff should file their Motion for Default and Proposed Order with the court within 7 days.
