COVID-19 ("NOVEL CORONAVIRUS) AND JURY OPERATIONS
The 17th Judicial District understands that members of our community may be concerned for their health and safety during the present time.
PLEASE DO NOT REPORT FOR JURY SERVICE IF ANY OF THE FOLLWING APPLY:
- You have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days
- You have been in direct contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days
- You are experiencing any of the symptoms listed by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
If any of these criteria apply to you, please contact the Jury Commissioner by e-mail at adamsjury@judicial.state.co.us, or by phone at 303-654-3210 as soon as possible to reschedule your service.
PLEASE MONITOR YOUR TEMPERATURE BEFORE REPORTING. If you have a temperature of 100.4 or higher please do not report. Instead, please contact the Jury Commissioner as soon as possible to reschedule your service.
Are you a high-risk individual as defined by the CDC? This may also include an individual living in the same household with a high-risk individual. If so, and you would like to have your jury service postponed, contact the Jury Commissioner by e-mail at adamsjury@judicial.state.co.us, or online to adams.cojury.org.
Notice: The Adams County Justice Center does not have a cafeteria. Please plan your visit to the Justice Center accordingly.
Outside drink or beverage is allowed in the building, in a resealable clear container (the beverage must be light enough in color for security personnel to see through in standard light).
Outside food is allowed, in resealable clear container. The container must pass through the X-ray machine.

We will never insist you wire money to us to avoid immediate arrest.
