Anytime after 6:00pm, the evening before your appearance date,  please phone (719) 539-2563,  to see if you will be needed as a juror. You may also verify your appearance requirements by selecting "choose this location" below. 

To request a postponement or disqualification, complete the postponement section of your jury summons and mail back to the jury commissioner at least one week prior to the service date.  Or use the postponement link.

Fill out the jury questionnaire and bring it with you.  Report to the jury bailiff on the date of your service.  Parking is available in the parking lot in front of the judicial building as well as street parking.
