Traffic arraignments are our largest volume dockets.  Because so many people wish to see the District Attorney first, it may take 3-4 hours before your case can be heard by the judge or handled by the Clerks.  Please plan accordingly.  Any fines assessed will be due at the time of sentencing.

In Fiscal Year 2010-2011, the Eagle Combined Courts handled:  782 felony cases; 1,616 large civil cases; 289 divorce filings; 212 cases involving juveniles; 111 probate cases; 1,090 small civil cases; 709 misdemeanors; 1,307 traffic infractions; 213 small claims; and 1,717 traffic cases.  An additional 497 cases of various kinds were heard in the Eagle Associate Court in El Jebel.

Parking:  The most convenient public parking for the Justice Center is located in the parking lot to the north of the Annex building (small building to the east of the Justice Center).
