Traffic arraignments are our largest volume dockets. As so many people wish to see the District Attorney first, it may take 3-4 hours before your case can be heard by the Judge or handled by the Clerks. Please plan accordingly. Any fines assessed will be due at the time of sentencing.
In Fiscal Year 2013, the Eagle Combined Courts handled: 399 felony cases; 1,397 large civil cases; 250 divorce filings; 218 cases involving juveniles; 132 probate cases; 695 small civil cases; 954 misdemeanors; 150 small claims; and 1,799 traffic cases. An additional 451 cases of various kinds were heard in the Eagle Associate Court in El Jebel.
Parking: The most convenient public parking for the Justice Center is located in the parking lot to the north of the Annex building (small building to the east of the Justice Center).
