Monday Traffic Arraignments are our largest volume dockets. If you wish to see the District Attorney first, it may take a little longer before your case can be heard by the Judge or handled by the Clerks. Please plan accordingly. Any fines assessed will be due at the time of sentencing.
In Fiscal Year 2010-2011, the Lake Combined Courts handled a total of 1,485 cases: 173 felony cases; 153 large civil cases; 62 divorce filings; 53 cases involving juveniles; 2 mental health case; 19 probate cases; 309 small civil cases; 298 midemeanors; 106 traffic infractions; 19 small claims; and 291 traffic cases.
