Monday Traffic Arraignments are our largest volume dockets. If you wish to see the District Attorney first, it may take a little longer before your case can be heard by the Judge or handled by the Clerks. Please plan accordingly. Any fines assessed will be due at the time of sentencing.
In Fiscal Year 2013, the Lake Combined Courts handled: 89 felony cases; 150 large civil cases; 49 divorce filings; 33 cases involving juveniles; 21 probate cases; 283 small civil cases; 234 midemeanors; 17 small claims; and 246 traffic cases.
