Welcome to the 10th Judicial District Self-Help Center! Our center is located in the Dennis Maes Judicial Building on the 1st floor. Our two full-time staff members, called Self-Represented Litigant Coordinators, are here to assist you with the procedures and processes of our court. Although they cannot provide legal advice, they can answer questions, assist in locating appropriate forms and instructions, check the status of your case, review forms for completeness, witness signatures, and provide educational resources and materials.

They can currently assist you with the following case types:

Divorce and Custody Matters
Evictions
Probate – Guardian, Conservator, Estate
Protection Orders
Small Claims

The following are simplified instructions and sample forms that can assist and guide you when completing your forms. If you have additional questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us for an appointment or stop in during the times listed above.
