The Court accepts money orders and certified or personal checks for payment of fines and court costs either paid at the Court Clerk’s window or by mail. The Court accepts cash and credit card payments only in person at the Court Clerk’s window, Summit County Justice Center, 501 N. Park Ave., Breckenridge, CO 80424. Payments (except for Outstanding Judgment Warrants) may be made on-line by clicking on the icon at the bottom of this page. For past due County Court cases that have been sent to the collections agency, please contact: Affiliated Credit Services Inc.
