Magistrate Bowling is a 1993 graduate of the University of Denver College of Law. He became a magistrate in October 2006 and has been assigned to a domestic docket since July 2007.  His prior experience includes  a total of seven years of general private practice, including domestic law, as well as two years as a Deputy District Attorney doing child support enforcement and four years as an Assistant County Attorney doing dependency or neglect cases.
