A fifth generation Colorado native, Judge Will Bain graduated from Middlebury College in 1990. After three years teaching high school English in Houston, TX, he attended Cornell Law School, where he graduated cum laude. He then practiced with Welborn Sullivan Meck & Tooley in Denver before moving to Colorado Springs in 1997. He spent ten years as a prosecutor in the District Attorney’s Office, followed by three years as an assistant city attorney handling civil litigation for the City of Colorado Springs.
Judge Bain has served as the vice-chair of the El Paso County Retirement Board and as former board chair for Safe Passage. He has also taught courses at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and Pikes Peak Community College. He enjoys skiing, reading, and hiking Colorado’s fourteeners.
