
Judge Tow received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kansas, and his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School. He practiced for several years in Chicago and Denver in labor and employment, then served as a Deputy District Attorney in the Seventeenth Judicial District for seven years. Immediately prior to taking the bench, he served as the Executive Director of the Colorado District Attorneys’ Council. He was appointed to the District Court by Governor Ritter in September 2010, and began serving in November 2010. |
