Judge Flesher was appointed to the District Court bench by Governor Ritter in March of 2008.  He presides in Div. E and hears criminal and juvenile cases.

He graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law in May of 1985 and was a staff attorney with Pueblo County Legal Services from November of 1985 until July of 1988.  He then became a Deputy State Public Defender with the Colorado State Publid Defenders Office, continuing in that position until October of 2007.  After a short period of time in private practice he was appointed to the bench.
