Magistrate McLean was appointed to the Boulder District Court on June 30, 2003. Prior to her appointment, Magistrate McLean was a Family Court Facilitator. She served in this capacity in Arapahoe County from February, 1999 through October, 2000. She then served as a Facilitator in Boulder until her appointment as a Magistrate. Magistrate McLean is a 1998 graduate of the University of Florida School of Law and a 1989 graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara. Magistrate McLean’s dockets consist of Dependency and Neglect cases, Family Integrated Treatment Court, Child Support and Truancy cases.
