Magistrate Gunning was appointed to the Boulder District Court as Civil Division Magistrate in February 2013. He was appointed after serving as an Administrative Law Judge with the State Personnel Board for two years. Prior to serving as an ALJ, he was a state and local tax litigation attorney with Silverstein & Pomerantz, LLP from 2004-2011, an assistant county attorney with Boulder County from 1999-2004, and an associate with Victor F. Boog, P.C. from 1996-1999. Magistrate Gunning received his law degree from UC Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) and his undergraduate degree from the College of William & Mary. |
