Judge Mallard graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1989. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Master’s degree in Education. She was employed by Davis Graham & Stubbs from 1989 to 1991, and by the Boulder District Attorney’s Office from 1991 until her appointment to the bench in 2004. Prior to her appointment, she served as the Chief Trial Deputy in the District Attorney’s Office.
