Judge Meissner-Cutler received her law degree from the University of Denver in 1986. She has served as County Court Judge since 1995 in Douglas County. Her court sees felony, traffic, misdemeanor, and civil cases. Before being appointed as County Court Judge, she was an attorney in private practice specializing in civil litigation.
