Judge Lyman was appointed to the District Court on June 1, 1996. He handles primarily civil, criminal, probate, and domestic relations matters. Prior to his appointment, he was the District Attorney for the Sixth Judicial District.
Judge Lyman continues to be a great asset to the community both personally and professionally. He is seen as accessible and approachable. Among his many volunteer activities, he enjoys coaching youth baseball. He is proud of his efforts toward establishing an alternative dispute resolution program in the Sixth Judicial District and he has assisted the Court Administrator in obtaining state funding for a coordinator to implement this program. |
