Jolene Blair has been a District Court Judge in the 8th Judicial District since Aug. 1, 2001. Blair worked in the Office of the District Attorney in the 8th Judicial District from 1989 until July 2001.

Prior to her work in that office, Judge Blair clerked for the Honorable George E. Lohr of the Colorado Supreme Court from August 1986 to August 1987 and then worked in private practice at Hecox, Tolley, Keene & Beltz, P.C. in Colorado Springs between 1987 and 1989. She received her law degree from the University of North Dakota in May of 1986.
