In August 2010, the CSCDA team distributed a survey to government users asking them various questions about the system. These questions dealt with the look and feel of the program, ease of use, response time improvements, and support staff helpfulness. Overall, the CSCDA program and support staff received a “Very Good” rating. We plan to continue to send out surveys to our government users to gain feedback on how we can continue to make their overall experience on the CSCDA system excellent. |
