On July 1, 2010, Colorado State Courts Data Access (CSCDA) went live to the public through one of two vendors, LexisNexis VitalChek (www.CoCourts.com) and Background Information Services (www.bisi.com).  The revenue that is generated through CSCDA is being used to fund the development of an In-house E-Filing system: ICCES (Integrated Colorado Courts E-filing System). A portion of the CSCDA revenue also funds some of the hardware and software needs for the entire Judicial Department.
