ICCES training is being provided for law firms and licensed collection agencies that will be using the e-filing system. Training will be available in a variety of methods to include: live training throughout the state and by webinar. If you are unable to attend either in person or via web, training videos are available on YouTube and a training manual is also available. Training is not required to use ICCES.

Live Training Sessions

The training registration page contains the schedule of live and webinar trainings that are currently available. Please review the schedule to identify what training location is preferred and then identify the month that you would like to attend. If a webinar session is preferred, please scroll to the bottom of the location selection box and select webinar. The available sessions will list once a month is selected and “go” is pressed.  Training sessions are scheduled in the Metro area almost daily. If the calendar returns blank (no classes listed during that month), please select another month to view classes available in the location you are searching.

Except for the Metro area and the pilot locations, most regional training sessions will be conducted from October through December. 

Pilot locations will begin using the system October 1st. The first pilot locations are located in the 14th Judicial District which includes Routt, Grand and Moffatt Counties. Once Denver District and Denver Probate Courts are using the ICCES system, Denver County Court will continue to use LexisNexis File & Serve.
